Sandeep G. Raheja vs Omkara Asset Reconstruction Private ...
- CitationComp. App. (AT) (Ins) No. 1553 of 2025
Ratio decidendi
The rule this decision rests on
The Tribunal's disposal of the appeal rests on the principle that, having already directed in its earlier order dated 15.07.2024 that all pending litigation, including the orders of the Bombay High Court in Suit No. 3121 of 2004, be reflected in the Information Memorandum, and the Resolutional Professional having confirmed compliance by letter dated 17.09.2025, the appellant's apprehension is misconceived and no further direction restraining the Corporate Debtor under Prayer-G is warranted.
