Reliance India Realty Opportunities ... vs The Registrar Of Companies

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal29 September 2020

Ratio decidendi

The rule this decision rests on

The Tribunal disposes of the appeal without deciding the merits, and its order rests on a procedural footing: that the pendency of an appeal under Section 252 before the National Company Law Tribunal, combined with the extension of the LLP Settlement Scheme deadline to 31st December 2020, justifies directing that the pending appeal be taken up and decided expeditiously on its merits, without this Tribunal expressing any opinion on the issues involved.
