Ledo Financial Services Ltd. vs Sebi
- CitationAppeal No. 85 of 2023
Ratio decidendi
The rule this decision rests on
The Tribunal's disposal rests on the proposition that a pending appeal is to be disposed of by directing the appellant to apply for settlement under the SEBI Settlement Scheme 2022, where the appellant's case falls squarely within that Scheme, issued under Regulation 26 of the SEBI (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations, 2018. In such a case the authority is to accept the settlement application as one filed in a pending proceeding and pass appropriate orders on it.
