Kiran Bhawani vs Sebi

Securities Appellate Tribunal10 July 2023Tarun Agarwala

Ratio decidendi

The rule this decision rests on

The appeal is dismissed on the ground that its controversy is squarely covered by the Tribunal's earlier decision in Global Earth Properties and Developers Pvt. Ltd. vs. SEBI (Appeal No. 212 of 2020, decided 14 September 2020), and the order rests on that prior decision without setting out in its own terms what principle that decision holds.
