Ratio decidendi
The rule this decision rests on
The Tribunal dismisses a fresh application under Section 94(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, on the ground that it is incomplete and defective, specifically because the Deed of Guarantee is not annexed to it; a Tribunal may dismiss a personal insolvency application that is incomplete on its face, and repeated filing of such defective applications is a ground for that dismissal.
