A bail order granting release on personal bond and sureties may include conditions that the applicant shall not tamper with evidence or intimidate witnesses and shall appear before the trial court as required, and breach of such conditions shall be grounds for cancellation of bail. Observations made by the court in granting bail shall not affect the trial judge's independent opinion to be formed based on the testimony of the witnesses at trial.
