Ratio decidendi
The rule this decision rests on
The judgment text provided is almost entirely garbled OCR output: the recitals of facts and the statutory discussion are partly legible, but the court's operative reasoning on the merits of the compounding applications is not recoverable from the text. What is legible shows that the Tribunal declined to consider the compounding applications under Section 621-A of the Companies Act, 1956 on the ground that they were premature, directing the appellants to approach the Central Government for approval of the related-party transactions, and that the appeals were heard together as involving common questions of law. Beyond that, the page does not contain a reasoned statement of the legal principle on which the appellate decision rests. NO_RATIO: the legible text consists of fragmented recitals of facts and statutory provisions with no intelligible statement of the Tribunal's or the appellate court's reasoning on the legal question, so no ratio decidendi can be reliably extracted from it.
