Gauriben Ramesh Kumar Jadhav vs Sebi
- CitationAppeal No. 102 of 2026
Ratio decidendi
The rule this decision rests on
The order does not give reasons on any substantive legal question. It records that the appellant's representative contended the ICAI debarment bars only audit work and not appearances before the Tribunal, and then directs the appellant's representative to inform the appellants in listed cases to arrange alternative representation, without stating any principle on whether or to what extent a debarred Chartered Accountant may appear before the Tribunal. NO_RATIO: The order contains no stated reasoning on any legal principle; it is a procedural direction requiring the debarred representative's clients to make alternative arrangements, with the scope of the debarment left unresolved.
